Learn how to take your professional services to the next level by providing your clients with a solid movement foundation in our Primary Movement Training course. In this 8-hour certification course you will be armed with clear and concise language to inform, assess, and progress your clients through the primary movement patterns - push, twist, pull, gait, hinge, squat, and lunge. Along the way, you will master the operation of your Primal 7 system, basic programming concepts, and how to ensure a positive first interaction for your clients. This course is approved by both NASM and ACE for .8 and .7 credits respectively.

It was an outstanding educational experience on the functions, set up, and exercises offered with Primal 7. I look forward to continuing my Primal education to become a master trainer for Primal 7.

Great tool for training!

I ordered the Primal 7 and recently got certified. It is a great tool to use for clients with injuries, those who need a bit of assistance, and those who just want to switch up their work outs. Easy to set up, and great instructional booklet to keep handy.

Primal 7 Foundations Success

While Primal 7 has a host of online content, the ability to interact live with experts in the field is priceless. The live course allowed for individualized collaboration that led to several "ah-Ha!" moments. I recommend purchase of the P7 in advance (few weeks) as well as learning the online content. This will prep you for the course (recommend, not require). Post certification support is great as well. The manual and program design templates are a great touch regardless of your education level. I look forward to more from P7
