The Primal 7 team is absolutely amazing! During this Covid time, my continuous movement was critical for my upcoming total hip replacement surgery. The band needed was not available at the time, but the customer service (CS) staff consistently contacted me with updates on availability. When it became available, CS called me, I ordered immediately and received the band within 4 days. I credit Primal 7 with success rehabit before and now after surgery.
Switching it the bands is super easy and fast. I like having the option of less/more support depending on what exercises I'm doing.
It took a little while to get used to it. But I'm liking it. I've only used it for a little over a week, but it's helping me do strengthening exercises while not putting too much pressure on my joints, which is important for someone with rheumatoid arthritis. I got the over the door version. If I continue to like it, I might invest in a bar so I can position myself directly below, which I think would make the push-ups a little better.
I love being able to do a full, perfect form push-up for the first time in my life! Now it's just a matter of practice, consistency, (and some wt loss) before I'll be able to do a full unassisted push-up!
Having pain from rheumatoid arthritis, some days are better than others ... by purchasing all 3 bands I can use more or less support depending on my capabilities that particular day. Doing this has given me flexibility to exercise more often. Highly recommended!
