When will my order ship?
Orders containing the Primal 7 Home/Pro/Plus and/or any Extras are shipped out within 3 - 5 business days. The Primal 7 Station is shipped within 5-7 business days. Apparel orders can take between 2-7 business days to print and ship out.
These estimates are to help you make plans for your delivery. Don’t be surprised if your shipment arrives early, we aim to please!
How many packages should I expect?
To save you money on shipping, we ship items in standard boxes where possible. This means that even if you’ve ordered a bundle, you will receive multiple packages. To keep the shipping carrier honest, double check the number of expected packages below:
Primal 7 Home or Pro - one package
Primal 7 Plus - two packages
Primal 7 Station - three packages
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have not received a shipment notification email, it may still be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
Note: If you simply want to add items to your order, it is best to just place a new order. We will combine your orders where possible.
What is my tracking number?
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number and order details once your items have shipped. For orders with multiple items and/or those requiring partial shipment, you will receive multiple emails to keep you in the loop as your items go out the door.
Do you ship internationally?
We are more than happy to ship internationally. If your country is not available on the checkout page, we will need to speak with you to ensure an accurate shipping quote. Please email us at email@example.com and we will get you squared away in a hurry.
What’s your return policy?
Undamaged Primal 7 units and accessories may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (please note this does NOT include any shipping charges). Rogue Pull-Up Bars purchased as a part of the Primal 7 Station may only be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. For trainings and workshops, a refund will only be granted up to 3 business days prior to the start of the training or workshop. After the refund window has passed, no refunds will be granted.
Notification of your intent to return must occur prior to shipping your items. Please note: all apparel sales are FINAL. We do not grant returns for t-shirts or tank tops unless the item has arrived with a defect (damaged shirt, misaligned print, etc). For damaged items please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I initiate a return?
We are sad that you want to return an item, but we are here to make it an easy process. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return within 90 days of the date you placed your order (or within 20 days if you are returning a Rogue Pull-Up Bar). Simply state the reason for the return and ship your item in its original packaging back to us at:
So long as there is no damage to the items, there is no restocking or handling fee associated with processing a return. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs. If your items are in tip-top shape, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
How long will it take to process my return?
Your return will be processed no later than 7-10 business days from the day we receive your package. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
What if my item is damaged?
How embarrassing! Nothing kills the excitement of opening a package like discovering a dinged product. Please snap a well-lit photo of the damage and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get you taken care of as fast as possible.
