Primal 7 can be used on just about any door. You simply place the square block at the end of each strap over the door and close it. We recommend locking the door for added safety. Hollow doors do not matter, as the doorframe is what will bear the weight. With two anchor points, your weight will be distributed evenly across the doorframe and the square block will prevent any damage to walls or moulding. You can also use Primal 7 on a bar with the aid of our bar attachments, that can be purchased here.

Game changer

Once I set it up I never wanted to take it down. So easy to use and the videos are extremely helpful. I’d recommend to anyone looking to start strength training.

Product is great,need more workout videos!

This product is amazing and so much more substantial than I thought it would be. It appears it will last forever with good care. I really wish the workout videos were better and more substantial. The fact that there is only three is disappointing and I felt they were overstated in the package deal.

We have a full 4-week Foundations program, but there is also the 7-minute routine, an advanced routine, and three different Proga routines. It was way too heavy for the intended purpose of having exercise equipment with me on trips. I don't know how it actually worked.

Great but...

I feel this is an excellent tool to help everyone get stronger and more active - especially those with physical limitations (ex: weak knees). Primal 7 really supports you until you become much stronger. This in turn increases confidence when exercising. There’s almost no exercise you can’t do but..... My only issue is with the design. I purchased Primal Lite thinking I could later purchase the rings to add to it when I had more money. I was disappointed to find that it’s not possible. You just have to fork up the money for the more pricey bands all at once to get the rings. I was going to bite the bullet and exchange it but with the cost of shipping not being covered and only being refunded for the Lite minus shipping, I’d have to spend a lot more than I could comfortably afford so I’m stuck with ringless bands

Hey there, we're sorry for any confusion. Because of the way the rings are integrated with the band, we cannot sell them as a separate attachment. However, you can still do 90% of the exercises with the Lite! If you need a little help balancing, you can grab the green straps. Before you know it, you won't need to hold on at all. Even Better

Looked at purchasing this for a long time. So glad I finally got it! Very easy to set up and extremely sturdy. I am not a small person by any standard and I feel completely secure. After a severe leg injury left me guarding my knee for several years, I did my first lunge without fear and it was awesome. Thank you, Primal 7!
